I am a city planner and marketing researcher. My background gives me the ability to deeply understand the demographics of any target market and to customize distinct plans for communities. I am able to visualize my market research findings and policy creation through Graphical Information System (GIS) images. If a community does not have a clear vision of what direction it wants to take or understands the needs and wants of its citizens, how can it plan for the future? I am focused on understanding current situations so communities can be better for tomorrow.
