Richard is a landscape architect with over 20 years of geospatial/remote sensing experience and has worked extensively in Southeast Louisiana. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, he worked for the City of New Orleans to setup GIS databases and mapping applications for emergency response and recovery. After the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe, he worked on several GIS projects in response, mitigation and claims validation. Richard also worked with the New York City Housing Authority and State of New Jersey after Superstorm Sandy. He is a graduate from LSU and is currently the GIS Manager for St. Bernard Parish.
