Randal Krejcarek has 30 years experience implementing and managing Enterprise GIS in local government. He currently works for Spatial Focus. LLC.  Prior to joining Spatial Focus he Krejcarek lead Delray Beach, FL Environmental Services Department as its Director and City Engineer, where he successfully championed the development of an enterprise wide GIS solution, which included utilities and public works, work orders, managing roadway pavement, tracking accidents and public safety dispatch (911). Mr. Krejcarek also has extensive experience indeveloping creative GIS financing and was able to develop a City wide GIS program without any dedicated funding. Utilizing his strength in relationship building he was also able to leverage data capture by other local governments. Mr. Krejcarek has taught numerous workshops on GIS in Transportation and on Addressing. He has also presented numerous papers on various GIS topics. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida, Georgia and Wisconsin and has also earned his GISP.
