Katja is part of the team at Akimeka that manages the GIS data for all PSAP (9-1-1) systems in the state of Hawai'i. We are based on the beautiful island of Maui. I am a perpetual student and recently earned an advanced degree in artificial intelligence from Georgia Tech. Prior to Akimeka, I spent 15 years as a solution engineer at Esri in Redlands, implementing innovative GIS technologies for local government agencies in southern California and Nevada.
