Gary Bilotta is the GIS Director for the Recorder and Elections Department in Maricopa County, Arizona and has been since 2006. In his role there, he manages the GIS team, develops and maintains the department’s custom GIS applications and oversees the development of the department’s spatial data. He received his bachelor’s degree in Geography from Northern Illinois University in 1999 with an emphasis in geographic information systems and has been working in the GIS field since then. In January 2014, Gary received his GIS Professional Certification from the GIS Certification Institute.
