Phil Gardner is a Technical Manager with EagleView. Phil began his career in the city of Louisville’s GIS Department. With nearly a decade of experience working with geospatial data and technology for public and private sector agencies, Phil has helped dozens of organizations become more productive using imagery, analytics, and GIS data.

In his role at EagleView, Phil provides technical support to nearly 500 counties by integrating aerial imagery and GIS data into their workflow tools of choice, and identifying solutions to serve entire jurisdictions. Phil holds a BA in Geography from the University of Kentucky.
