Randal has 30 years experience implementing and managing Enterprise GIS in local government. His past experience includes GIS work order solutions for utilities and public works, managing roadway pavement, tracking accidents and public safety dispatch (911).

Randal also has extensive experience in creative GIS financing and was able to develop a City-wide GIS program without any dedicated funding. His strengths also include building relationships with other GIS stakeholders which resulted in the ability to leverage data capture by other local governments.
Randal has taught numerous workshops on GIS in Transportation and on Addressing. He has also presented numerous papers on various GIS topics.

Randal has a Mater of Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
