Tim hired on at Collin County in 1992. He established a student internship program in 1994 that thrives to this day. He launched GIS, Scrum and kanban at Collin County. He has learned in the last few years that Records Management is cooler than you think and Apps are the best way to share information. GIS was his first love, and Agile is his new love.
