Peter Herman is a Research Methodologist at NORC at the University of Chicago. Herman has considerable experience in data analysis, geographic information systems (GIS), data visualization and web design. He has served as the lead programmer on several NORC interactive data tools including The El Salvador Data Explorer, The Appalachian Overdose mapping Tool, and the Opioid Misuse Community Assessment Tool. Herman received his master’s degree In Urban Spatial Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
