Pamela Locke, GISP

University of Massachusetts, Lowell
FIS Coordinator
Pamela Locke is the Facilities Information Systems (FIS) Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She received her undergraduate degree in Geography from Clark University and her Master’s Degree in GIS from Pennsylvania State University. Before coming to UMass Lowell Pamela worked in the consulting world performing environmental, utility and parcel GIS work. Currently, Pamela manages the interior and exterior spatial data for the university, collects data and finds new ways to share it with many departments on campus. Pamela additionally enjoys helping students with GIS projects and is the 2020 NEURISA Immediate Past President.
