Andrew Milanes is the Vice President at Environmental Science Services, Inc. (Es²) and has served as an engineer and project manager on numerous environmental and geospatial projects over the past 25 years. Mr. Milanes received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from LSU in 1992 and holds professional engineering registrations in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. He has managed environmental projects ranging from environmental site investigations, coastal and riverine shoreline surveys, natural resource damage assessments, and contingency planning. Mr. Milanes is also a certified GIS Professional and has completed projects using GIS for environmental assessments, property litigation, oil spill contingency planning and response, and local government planning and public works. Mr. Milanes is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Louisiana Engineering Society. Currently he is serving as the Past President of the Louisiana chapter of URISA.
